What this website collects
There are no forms, cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party font requests by default. Once deployed, the hosting provider may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Hosting settings, providers and log retention need to be confirmed before launch.
If you contact us
Clicking WhatsApp or email opens an external service. Their privacy terms apply. We may receive your name, contact details, clinic information and whatever you choose to send. We intend to use these only to respond, discuss the pilot and administer an agreed relationship. Please do not send patient records, identification documents or medical information in an initial enquiry.
Disclosure and overseas processing
Hosting, email and messaging providers may process information, including outside Malaysia. The operator must identify the actual providers, destinations, safeguards and applicable transfer requirements before publication. We do not intend to sell personal data.
Retention and security
Keep enquiry information only as long as needed for the enquiry, an agreed service or applicable legal obligations. Exact periods, deletion procedures and access controls must be documented before launch. No website or messaging system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without a way to contact you. You may request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask about deletion and complaints, subject to applicable law and retention obligations.
