Now taking 5 pilot clinics in Klang Valley

Your receptionist
never sleeps.

A patient messages after closing. Your front desk is already home. Let's give them a way to ask, book and come back.

We're building a WhatsApp booking assistant for dental and aesthetic clinics. Help shape it as a founding pilot clinic.

Pre-launch. Planned features will be tested with your team before live use.

Example conversation
Hi, esok ptg open ah? Can book?
Hi! Boleh. What time would you prefer? I'll pass your request to the front desk to confirm.
3pm can? tq 😊
Sokay. Your request is for tomorrow at 3pm. Your clinic will confirm the slot.

Illustration of the intended experience. Not a live chat or confirmed appointment.

The front-desk pile-up

The phone rings. A patient walks in.
WhatsApp waits.

Your team can't be everywhere at once. The same questions keep arriving, and after-hours enquiries sit until morning.

“Scaling how much?”

Prices, opening hours, parking. Useful questions that take staff away from the person in front of them.

“Can book tomorrow?”

A booking needs a time, a treatment and a confirmation. Long chat threads make it easy to miss a detail.

“Sorry, I forgot.”

Reminders are one more task for an already busy reception desk.

How the pilot is planned

Your clinic's answers. Your team's approval.

1

Show us your front desk

We agree the scope, review your FAQs, prices, hours, roster and booking rules, and check your WhatsApp setup.

2

Test before patients use it

Your team reviews example replies in the languages your patients use. We test unclear questions, wrong dates and human handoffs.

3

Approve a limited live pilot

Only after the connection, calendar and safeguards pass agreed checks. Your team confirms the scope and can take over.

What exists today? An offline prototype. Multilingual AI replies, live calendar booking, duty-roster answers and live WhatsApp reminders still need to be built and tested. No live clinic results are claimed.

Made for how Malaysia chats

“Boleh book tomorrow
3pm ah?”

The pilot will test English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and Tamil, including Manglish and messages that mix languages.

EnglishBahasa Melayu中文தமிழ்Manglish

We'll test local short forms too: sokay, ok lah, can ah, tq, bole x, esok, ptg, xde, otw. If a message is unclear, the assistant should ask, not guess.

The important part

Understand the request.
Don't invent the answer.

A short message can hide an important detail. “Esok ptg” needs a date and an afternoon time before a booking can be confirmed.

Language coverage is a pilot goal, not a promise that every dialect or spelling already works. Your team will review replies before live use.

What patients can ask

The everyday questions, in one place.

Planned answers will use information your clinic approves. Missing or outdated information should go back to your team.

Prices

“Scaling how much?” “Filler per ml?”

Only your approved prices and consultation caveats.

Opening hours

“Open Sunday?” “Public holiday buka x?”

Your hours, including holiday changes.

Slots and walk-ins

“Ada slot hari ni?” “Can walk in ah?”

Live availability only after calendar integration is tested.

Doctor on duty

“Who’s on duty esok?”

Only from a current clinic-approved roster. No roster, no guessed answer.

Getting there

“Parking ada?” “Nearest LRT?”

Your address, floor, parking and directions.

Payment

“Panel clinic tak?” “E-wallet ok?”

Your approved payment and panel information. No coverage guarantees.

Treatment questions

“How long ah?” “Need to fast?”

General logistics only. Suitability, pain, fasting and aftercare questions go to your clinical team.

Changes and delays

“Can change to Friday?” “otw, late 15 min sokay?”

Pass on the request. Never assume a late arrival is accepted.

Medical questions always go to a human. It never guesses.
This is a safety requirement for the pilot, not a claim that a live system has already been validated.

Appointment reminders

A friendly nudge.
At your clinic's timing.

Planned reminders: one day before, one hour before, both, or a schedule agreed with your clinic.

We'll agree the wording, quiet hours and how confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling requests reach your staff.

Before reminders go live

  • Patient opt-in and clear opt-out handling.
  • Meta-approved message templates where required.
  • A tested calendar connection and clinic approval.
  • Message fees agreed separately before use.

Currently an offline simulation. No reduction in missed appointments is promised.

What stays the same

Still your clinic. Still your decisions.

Your number, if eligible

We'll check whether your existing WhatsApp Business number can connect through an official supported route. Compatibility is not guaranteed.

Your prices and policies

You approve the information, booking rules and changes. The assistant should not invent discounts or make clinical decisions.

Your human front desk

Patients must have a clear route to your team. We agree handoff hours and escalation handling before a live pilot.

Clinic owner FAQ

Fair questions. Straight answers.

Can I use it today?

Not as a live service yet. We have an offline prototype. Founding clinics will help define and test the live pilot; there is no confirmed launch date.

Do we need a new WhatsApp number?

Not necessarily. We will check your number, account and provider eligibility first. Keeping your existing number depends on a supported official connection and account approval.

Will it really understand our patients?

English, Malay, Mandarin, Tamil and Manglish are planned pilot languages. We will test realistic messages with your team. Unclear or unsupported messages should be handed to a person.

Can it tell patients who is on duty tomorrow?

That is planned, using a roster your clinic supplies and keeps current. Without a verified roster for that date, it should ask the front desk rather than guess.

What if a patient asks for medical advice?

Medical questions must go to your clinical team. The assistant is for booking and clinic information, not diagnosis, treatment recommendations or emergencies. This handoff needs to pass testing before live use.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

We start with staff review and agree a correction and escalation process. We will not claim error-free replies. Your clinic approves the live scope and human handoff arrangements.

What about patient data and PDPA?

The service is being designed to follow Malaysia’s PDPA. Before patient data is used, we need a written data-processing agreement covering access, consent, retention, security, service providers and any overseas transfers. The website privacy notice is a draft for review.

Will this reduce no-shows or bring more bookings?

We do not have live clinic results yet. The pilot should measure reply handling, confirmed bookings, reminders and staff feedback. No revenue or attendance outcome is guaranteed.

Is there a long contract?

Monthly service is month-to-month. Optional yearly prepay is RM9,900, with setup separate. Pilot pricing, billing and all other terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.

How much work does our team need to do?

Provide and approve clinic information, keep the roster and availability current, review test replies, and handle escalations. We will agree responsibilities and timing before starting.
